1 Resided in Berlin; lived at 204 Worthington Ridge in 1932 and 1946. BPLH Room Card Notes record that he and wife, Harriet, were married at Berlin Congregational Church. He was Superintendent of Berlin Congregational Church Sunday School. He attended Berlin Academy until he was 12 years old; entered St. Paul's School, Concord, NH graduating in 1876. He entered Trinity College, Hartford, CTand graduated in 1880. Entered shops of Peck, Stow and Wilcox Company and became manager in 1885. He became associated with Berlin Iron Bridge Company as treasurer until it absorbed American Bridge Company on 12 MAY 1900. He was director of Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Phoenix National Bank and New Britain Mechanics National Bank. He was president of Berlin Savings Bank from 1923 - 1944. He was secretary and treasurer of Middletown & Portland Bridge Company. He was president of Fidelity Trust Co. of Hartford from 1905 -1923. He served as clerk of the Judiciary Commission. In 1903 he was a member of the State Senate. He was chairman of the Committee on Senatorial Districts and was chosen to CT Commission to Louisiana Purchase Exposition. He was president of Trinity College Alumni Association, and Athletic Association. He was a member of St. Elmer Commanding Knights [----?----], Meriden; a member of Delta Pi college fraternity; and a member of the Engineer Club of New York. He was a Major in the Governor's Foot Guard and Horse Guard and Judge Advocate in the 1st Company Governor's Foot Guard. Frank was president of the Society of Middletown Upper Houses.
