Vincent J. D'Addabbo died at age 63 at home. He had been employed by the Walter D. Sullivan Co., New Britain for 38 years and had recently retired as Vice-president and Superintendent. He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipe-fitters Union Local 777. Vincent was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an active member of the Berlin Lion's Club for 30 years; served as President in 1980, Fair Chairman, and on various boards. He was a member of Ocean Ridge Association in RI and the Town of Berlin's Economic Development Commission for five years. He was survived by his wife, Marilyn Jane; his mother, Rose; two sons, James V. D'Addabbo of Waterford, Timothy J. D'Addabbo of Farmington; two daughters and their husbands, Beth-Ann and Joseph Kennedy of Charlotte, NC and Sheila and Jack Neubieser of Kensington; two step-sons, Jay Cassineri of Middletown; and Richard Cassineri and his wife, Kristine, of Kensington; a sister and a brother-in-law, Carolyn and Nicholas Criniti of Berlin; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and calling hours were held at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, New Britain. A Mass was celebrated at St. Paul's Church, Kensington. Burial was with military honors. Memorial donations to Hospice of Central Connecticut or to St. Paul School.
