Roger died at age 59. He lived on Hartland Terrace, Kensington. He had been employed by Fafnir Bearing Co. for 38 years and was the owner and operator of Roger's Tree Service. He retired in 1996. Roger was a member of St. Paul's Church, St. Jean Baptiste Society and the French Model Council Club. He was survived by his wife, Jeannette; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dave and Karen Cyr and Mark and Giselle Cyr, all of Berlin; a daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and Michael Crocker of Derry, NH; two brothers, Ronald Cyr of Killingworth and Philip Cyr of Berlin; and a sister, Joanne Simon of Berlin. Funeral Services and Calling Hours were held at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, New Britain; Mass at St. Paul Church.
