1946 city directory has her listed at 94 Main St. Kensington (same address as Adele Bassett). She was appointed in 1907 to fill her father's (Roswell Moore) unexpired term as posmaster. She subsequently received a regular appointment as postmistress until 1916. "She was a faithful attendant at the Kensington Congregational Church, a strong supporter of the Peck Memorial Library, and a member of the Library's board of directors".
