Fact: Connecticut’s long-term care costs are the second highest in the nation. You’ve likely heard horror stories of people losing their homes to pay for care.
But is losing your house something you really need to worry about? Possibly.
In this program, Attorney Brendan Daly will explain how you can protect your assets with a carefully-orchestrated plan.
You’ll find out how irrevocable trusts are uniquely beneficial in asset protection planning, learn about the confusing Medicaid rules and how they can work to your benefit in paying for long-term care costs, and what to be cautious of if gifting a home or assets to loved ones.
Sponsored by Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri.
