THIS EVENT HAS PASSED.

Dating back over 4,000 years, with roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qi Gong translates to “energy discipline.” Qi Gong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance energy. Through guided breathing and specific poses, participants can decrease stress, obtain focus, and invite clarity into their lives. The practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind.

Qi Gong can aid in:

  • Decreasing stress
  • Lowering anxiety
  • Promoting flexibility in joints
  • Improving focus
  • Mental clarity
  • Boosting immune response
  • Increasing balance
  • Mental discipline
