WAITLIST ONLY Come eat pizza, hang out with friends and decorate cupcakes in celebration of the spooky season! This program will be held outside, in an area behind the library. If there is inclement weather, registrants will be notified in advance and the program will be rescheduled to Tuesday, October 26 at 5 pm. Registration is required.
