No more calorie counting or juice cleanses; you’ll learn how to determine if a diet is fad or fact. You’ll also have the chance to cook along and make a delicious lunch-prep recipe: Sweet Potato Fajita Bowls with Guacamole.
You’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1-2 sweet potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 pepper
- olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- salt
- brown rice (or white rice, quinoa, carrot, etc)
- optional seasonings: cumin, paprika, chili powder
