Unveiling Our Three-Year Strategic Plan
A new three-year strategic plan.

We are thrilled to share the library’s new three-year strategic plan! This carefully crafted roadmap is intended to shape the future of our library, ensuring it remains an indispensable resource for our community. It was designed by Berlin-Peck staff members, working together with a cohort of seven other Connecticut libraries and engaging with our community through a community survey, four community conversations, and two public idea boards.
Your input was valuable in formulating our priorities for the next three years:
