    Volunteer with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide

Do you think you could have fun preparing taxes for seniors? Would you like to join a really great group of people helping others? If so, we may have an opportunity for you!

AARP needs new volunteers to continue to serve our community. It’s a great way to spend 1-2 days a week during the dreary winter months. Once tax season is over, so is the time commitment!

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides free tax preparation services to primarily seniors of low to moderate income. They are looking for compassionate and friendly people to join their volunteer team. Prior tax preparation experience is helpful, but not required. You don’t need to be an accountant or tax professional. AARP’s volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, and they will provide the training and support to help you develop new skills. If you’re interested or want more information, please visit aarpfoundation.org/taxaide or fill out the form above. A local Tax-Aide volunteer will follow-up with you.
