    Registration is Required

    Registration fills up FAST.

You must register for an appointment at least 24 hours before the event starts. Time slots are 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, and 6:30 pm.

Please bring all paperwork related to your matter. At the library, you will be required to sign a consent form about the limited services provided.

    The Fine Print

    • Sessions are currently available in English only.
    • Participants will be required to sign a consent form about the limited services provided.
    • Lawyers in Libraries is a free volunteer service. Service is dependent on volunteer availability and is not guaranteed.
    • Priority is given to first-time patrons who have never used the Lawyers in Libraries program. If a participant fails to attend their scheduled appointment, it will still be considered their initial visit, and they will not be eligible for first-time priority in the future.
    • For more information about the Lawyers in Libraries program from the Connecticut Bar Association, visit https://www.ctbar.org/lawyers-in-libraries.
