Breathwork is a practice of intentional breathing which can result in releasing and shifting of emotional energy. The practice of various breath patterns can help with anxiety, depression, developing a stronger immune system, and working through trauma.

Presenter Charleen Miele will discuss and demonstrate various breath patterns and then guide participants in a short, gentle, breathwork practice.

This program is sponsored by a partnership between the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library and Berlin Social Services (Anchored in Wellness series).
