Fascia is the connective tissue that holds us all together. But why does it matter and why should you care? Some researchers think fascia might be an organ—making it far more important than anyone knew. So what is your fascia, why does it matter, and what can it do for you?

In this 45 minute presentation, Maggie Downie will discuss all these topics and show you some movements to activate and feel your fascia. All moves are gentle, flowy, and fluid. You are sure to feel revitalized and energized after this workshop.

Sponsored by a partnership between Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, Wethersfield Library, Lucy Robbins Welles Library and Cora Belden Library.
