Since we missed the March Cook Book Club, we thought it would be fun to help you stay connected with fellow cooking enthusiast by doing an online video chat for Cookbook Club.

To participate in Facebook discussions, please join the book club’s Facebook group. If not, please email so we can send you the video chat invite! We will be posting more information about how to join the Zoom meeting as it gets closer.

Our March Cook Book was 100 Days of Real Food on a Budget: Simple Tips and Tasty Recipes to Help you Cut Out Processed Food Without Breaking the Bank by Lisa Leake. If you have a copy of that book, feel free to make a recipe from there and discuss. However, we know not everyone was able to get the book and pick a recipe from that book before we closed. We encourage you  to use the recipe you chose originally, but welcome a discussion of any recipe.

Another option is Lisa Leake’s 100 Days of Real Food: Fast and Fabulous: The Easy and Delicious Way to Cut Out Processed Food, is available on Hoopla as an E-book, if anyone would like to find a recipe there.

But feel free to make and discuss any recipe!
