Why is staff training important?
It make sure that library employees have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to our patrons.
Staff training plays a vital role in keeping us up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the library industry, so we can adapt to changes in technology, policies, and user needs. Additionally, training days provide an opportunity for staff to collaborate and share ideas, which can lead to new and innovative ways to serve our patrons. Trained staff are better equipped to provide assistance to patrons with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities, creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
