All Town Telephones Down (Library Building is Open)

The telephone system is receiving an upgrade and is expected to be down for approximately an hour, starting at 9:00 am. Emergency (911) will still work. The library building is still open.

The Town of Berlin telephone system is receiving an upgrade on Tuesday, March 19. The upgrade is scheduled for 9:00 am, and all Town phones will be down during this time. We hope the outage will be as short as possible, no more than one hour, but it may last longer.
This outage affects all Town buildings, including Town Hall, the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, the Berlin Senior Center, the Board of Education, the Community Center, Animal Control, non-emergency police phones, etc.
Emergency (911)
The 911 system is not part of this upgrade and will not go down.
The Library is Open!
Although our phones will be down, the Library will be open as usual.
