Now you can skip buying a fancy cake pan you only use once—cake pans have gone public! The library has over 40 different types of cake pans, including shapes, animals, characters, cars, trains… even a “Partysaurus!”

Looking to clear some space in your kitchen? Send those cute decorative cake pans and cookie cutters our way! You can drop off clean, undamaged donations at the front desk. Call (860) 828-7125 or email library@berlinpeck.org with any questions.

 

Borrowing Rules

Cake pans can be borrowed just like a book. You can even place holds in the online catalog!

• 1 week loan period
• 1 renewal
• Must be picked up and returned in person to Berlin-Peck
• Cannot be returned in book drop
• Must be hand-washed before return

Cleaning

Before and after usage, wash the cake pan in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Some of our cake pans are dishwasher safe, but not all.

Loss or Damage

Borrowers will be charged for lost, dirty, or damaged items. Because we want to keep items in good working order, they cannot be returned in the book drop. If the item is returned in the book drop, the borrower will be held responsible for the damage and the replacement cost.

To prevent damage, DO NOT return this item in the book drop.
