Suggested Supplies
- 5”x5” white cardstock base (1)
- 11” x ¼” white cardstock strips (2)
- quilling paper, assorted colors (12)
- quilling pen
- white or craft glue
- scissors
- ruler or bone folder
- tweezers
- toothpick or small paint brush
- paper/plastic plate
