Adult Summer Reading

Read & Raffle

Record your reading for a chance to win some great raffle prizes! Raffles will be held weekly. Participate by reading books, attending online programs, completing craft projects and challenges, and more.

This year, all our prizes are gift cards to local businesses purchased by the Friends of the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library. These businesses have supported the library by participating in programs like Read Local. Shop Local. or by generously donating to previous summer reading programs. Berlin and the Thousand Paper Cranes

You’re invited to join us in a town-wide project of making 1,000 paper cranes, symbolizing a collective wish for health, hope, and peace and do everything we can to work together towards these goals. Learn more.

Scratch Ticket Challenge

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is an ongoing library program that encourages all families and caregivers to read at least 1,000 books (any book) to their infant, toddler and/or preschooler before entering kindergarten. Learn more.
