Library Director’s Message
It is hard to believe that our summer reading programs start in just a few weeks! We have an amazing summer in store for you all. I hope this newsletter serves as your guide to all the wonderful opportunities available at our library this June. We will be sending out a separate newsletter highlighting all our summer reading programs, but for a sneak peek at Adult Summer Reading, check out our summer reading page!
I’d also like to notify you about a change in our hours for Thursday, June 6th. On that day, we’ll be opening our doors at 2:15 pm instead of our normal time (closing time is still 8 pm). Staff members will be attending a Town of Berlin employee recognition event and we have decided to use this downtime to finalize an upgrade to our internet network. The switchover is expected to finish before we reopen at 2:15 pm, but there is a small possibility of an internet outage for the rest of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I value your feedback and invite you to visit, arrange a personal library tour, or reach out via email to get in touch.
Thank you for being part of our vibrant library community!
Carrie Tyszka
